Ships in Bergen

Fred Olsen's traditional cruise ship Boudicca is a regular visitor to Bergen. Today I caught her from a different angle, as she sailed under the Askøy bridge on her departure from the city. Keep you eyes peeled for more photos of Boudicca and the other ships in the Fred Olsen fleet in Bergen over the coming months. Also in town today were Mein Schiff 6 and AIDAvita .

Today Fred Olsen's Boudicca called into Bergen. The morning sun lit her well, and watching her sail into the city centre made for a very pleasant sight. The second set of photos were taken as I passed her alongside in the afternoon on my way home from work. As with her fleetmates Balmoral & Braemar , Boudicca has recently been given the attractive new Fred Olsen livery, with grey hull paint finished with a fine red stripe. Also in town today was P&O's flagship Britannia .
