MV Voyager - Ship Visit and Photo Tour (Part 2)
So after a leave of absence this blog is back up and running (I'm living in Bergen again after spending 18 months in the UK), and the second part of this tour is finally ready to post.
Unfortunately during this time MV Voyager's operators Voyages of Discovery have folded, and the future of this lovely ship seems more than a little uncertain.
I will leave this final section of the tour without unnessesary detail (since venue names, cabin categories and genral decor are liable to change if she does find her way back into service).
OPEN DECKS
Heading back indoors took us to the remainder of Voyager's public spaces. First up was the buffet restaurant.
ACCOMMODATION
CMV's Crew were kind enough so show me around a range of cabins onboard MV Voyager, photos of which are shown here. Generally the cabins were pleasant enough, if a little dated.
FINAL IMPRESSIONS
Here's hoping that MV Voyager goes on to find a new operator who can continue to keep her in service for many years to come. She is a great little ship and it would certainly seem premature for her to be sold for scrap at this stage...
